I have prepered a big, sturdy A3 Sketchbook to remain in the classroom during the week. On the first pages, I documented the previous Puppet Portal sessions through text and photos, as well adding printed images of the Ait Eile Webpage and an example of the journal.

Parents who often just are in the classroom for a second to drop off their children will have a chance to get a grasp of what the project is about. As well the children who do not participate in the project might get curious about it, I hope the book encourages them to look up the Puppet Portal Journals on Ait Eile.

I started off the book to hand the documenting on to the chidren, I have wondered if this doubles the work on the journals, but found last week it did not as one chld helped me picking and naming images for the journal while another seamed to really enjoy drawing the puppets into the book, then they took turns. As well the book allows children to document the project "retrospectively" if they are in school for a few more days.

Especially the teachers really welcomed the book and I am hoping its´ presence in the classroom will help to maintain awareness of the project throughout the week!
