"I think we had a super outcome. The process was fluent, first day for getting know each other, trip to the ocean helped to create good atmosphere as well. Second day was productive, I liked the discussion in smaller groups, I find that we came to good ideas and results considering the time frame and the fact that most of us didn’t know each other. I am very happy with the result that we decided to use a practical outcome. It will be interesting to do and in my mind has the potential for an innovative result and strong network. I also like that the method we decided to use during the piloting 2 months will test the network and its use - it is honest.
Collaboration and discussions were quite free and open, especially on the second day. I personally felt secure to talk. Maybe third day could have been useful."

"I feel very excited about the potential of the network now, and the plan we have all agreed on. One of the activities I found particularly helpful was at the end of the session yesterday when we reflected back on the presentations picking out parts that stood out for us and developing / shaping that into questions. I also thought that the physical activity led by Kate today was very important for the group. Thank you for everything over the last couple of days. Really looking forward to seeing how the work will develop!"
