Thoughts on today:
Good scheduling
Good use of feedback technique (ORID)
Presentations really valuable
Start later for those of us travelling
Real value in: ‘Real’ meeting together; seeing and hearing from everyone involved; honesty; approach is genuinely about finding out.
Very enjoyable, very worthwhile day; The standard of work was amazing and to a very high standard; Great to share views and ‘slow down’, taking time to reflect and celebrate this wonderful project that we are involved with.
Fantastic review session - it was brilliant to have the opportunity to see each school’s art work and the variety of topics covered. It was really good to review where we have come from since the project started (for me) in March and to hear other teachers/ artists feelings on how it all went since for them.

- Loved having time to chat about project with others who valued the whole process and the work from the children.
- Proud of what my children have achieved and love being able to share it with the other teachers and artists.
We were really happy to hand-on-heart say that we have been able to overcome fear and gain confidence in trying / having less fear of failure. If nothing else to achieve the trust in the process rather than the outcome/ product has been such a wonderful achievement. There are so many things we do differently and are very happy and confident to build on the relationship. So many ideas and new communications skills as well as newly set limits and goals. What a great opportunity! Thank you.
