"The process is highly democratic" (National Youth Theatre Participants` feedback)
"One particulalry interesting factor in our production is that the cast is comprised of young people. When you get right down to it, this is a very serious play. However, a cast of this age will offer a completely different perspective on every aspect of the production, from staging and portrayal of characters to costume and music. This production stands out in that the process is highly democratic, and the input from every member of the ensemble is considered by the artistic team. Not only does this lead to a richer and deeper production in general. but it allows the cast to fuly explore their creative potential within the scope of the play, and build on one anothers ideas."
