"GARDEN" - Kozo Art Club project and exhibition at The Watergarden Gallery

We are continuing the successful KOZO Art Club Programme at The Watergarden Gallery in Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny.

12 children are taking part this term's art project which explores the theme of GARDEN through various artistic mediums and ways of creative observations. Paper and fibre artist Tunde Toth will facilitate a series of workshops introducing traditional techniques and contemporary processes in hand papermaking, fibre and paper arts, textiles, painting, drawing, sketching, monoprinting, felt making and glass painting.

This programme is a process based project, focusing on the expression and development of individual ideas in a collaborative atmoshpere where the artist works together with participants in all phases of the project (planning, developing, selecting works...etc.) Participating children will be also actively involved in the curation and installation of the exhibition which follows in January at The Watergarden Gallery.
