Fabricate

Fabricate,  or spaceship mother earth is a project with Coolbock National School situated in beautiful South Sligo.
Our aim is to make small creative forms/ structures with natures help and then build a 'Geodesic' Dome which will act as studio for both artist and student throughout the project. This pod or observatory will act as a light box which has multiple functions. A plant house for nurturing and growing, a think box for germinating ideas. A shadow box threatre or mathematical tool to understand geometry and natures cycle. It will be an in/out space a Den where children can easily express their ideas and enjoy the benefits of being close to nature.
