Mindful of the relevance of digital media in the contemporary lives of children and young people, both the IFI and The Ark wish to collaborate together on a new digital artist residency in 2013.
The residency will give a chance to the selected visual artist an opportunity to work with the Ark and IFI in a child-centred environment. It will allow the artist to engage in a research project based on child-centred digital media. The total fee for the tender is €3,000. The research will take place from January to May 2012.
