We are delighted to announce two new Guest Editors for 2011:

Rhona supports the sustained development of youth theatre through the development of resources, work with local agencies and youth theatre partners, and the provision of guidance and support to existing and emerging youth theatres. She also carries out research to document and explore youth theatre practice in Ireland, as well as developing NAYD`s work and resources for the formal education sector. Christina MacRae - a freelance arts practitioner based in West Yorkshire, England - will take up the Guest Editorship in April & May.
Christina is also currently a part-time researcher at Manchester Metropolitan University where her research interests are in young children`s art making. With an original background in Early Years teaching, she then changed direction to study art. She is currently developing her own art practice, one that is concerned with collected objects and how we surround ourselves with them. The Arts and Humanities Research Council recently funded Christina to undertake a practice-led artist residency in an early years classroom: the Secret Life of Objects (http://secretlifeofobjectssite.wordpress.com/).
Christina has joined up with fellow West Yorkshire artists, Susy Thomas, Shelagh Whitehead, and joevanka gregory, to form a practice focussed networking and reflective group: Threads
