The first ever issue of the Practice publication will be printed in September 2009. The Practice publication will provide vital insight into the current environment of artists practice by gathering together information from the professional development sessions and the online user-generated content and commentary on practice.ie. Our hope for this publication is to promote and make visible the varied approaches, concerns, challenges and values around contemporary artists practice working with children and young people. You, the users of practice.ie, are the core contributors to this and we are delighted to have this opportunity celebrate and promote the high standard of your work. Practice in print aims to be a significant place for critical engagement and discourse on the wide spectrum of approaches and activities in this sector. Through this publication, we want to bring the issues and processes of this critical work to a wider audience.
