Project Outline

A puppet making workshop for 7-12 year olds in which participants make their own rod puppet with moveable mouth. They design a puppet on paper and learn to work with a variety of materials including polystyrene and various fabrics. Then bring the puppet to life, and let the character introduce itself. The workshop takes place in a fun and relaxed environment in the Linenhall Art Centre`s Community Arts Room.
