Project Outline
Kids’ Own have been commisioned by The Children and Youth Programme to explore the role of the child’s voice on an ongoing basis withn their programme.
The Children and Youth Programme (CYP) is a joint collaboration between the two UNESCO Chairs at the University of Ulster and the National University of Ireland at Galway. It is an all-island programme monitoring the rights and well-being of children and youth in Ireland and Northern Ireland (http://childrenandyouthprogramme.info/)
Kids’ Own Publishing Partnership is a child centred arts organisation and publishing house based in Sligo. KIds’ Own are the only dedicated publisher of book by children for child in Ireland.
