" I travel by motorcycle so experience of my immediate environment is quite rich and interactive. I draw and paint the landscape, towns and villages that I drive through each day, being aware of everything constantly evolving and changing... nothing is permanent. I`ve got very strong links to my subjects this is achieved in part by including local people in the process, asking their advice and allowing them to bring me to places that they would like to see as a print or a painting. The whole experience becomes a collaboration between the community and the artist".
