Annette Woolley utilises her skills and experiences of youth work to enhance her methodolgies in facilitaing youth arts projects. She believes that the developmental processes(personal, social, educational and creative) involved in a successful art project be it a one off class or a long term programme is equally as important as creating a quality end product. Providing a positive artistic experience for the participant is paramount to her personal ethos as is ensuring that access to the arts is not elitist, that everyone no matter their background or circumstance has the opportunity to involve themselves actively or passively in whatever artistic medium they chose to.
