.Professional Statement
I am currently working in a project management capacity with Kids’ Own Publishing Partnership. My role also encompasses co-management of Practice.ie - online editing and publishing and community liaison and promotion.
In my own practice, I am a writer and am in the process of producing and directing my first stage play, ’My Word is My Bond’ for the Dublin Fringe Festival (Sept 2011). This was first staged at the Glens Centre in Manorhamilton in February 2011.
I have also worked as a drama teacher with children and young people aged 8-18, in centres across Ireland. Most recently I co-facilitated the Leitrim Youth Theatre group in Manorhamilton - managed by Leitrim Arts Office.
