Project Survey

The survey will help us gather statistics to present a general view of how projects are managed or developed. After you have added your project to the directory, you may complete this survey.

• This survey could be completed by multiple people involved in a project; for example the artist and project managers would complete separate surveys.
• This survey is three pages long, with about 6 questions per page.
• As some of this information is sensitive, the results will be kept private and information will be made anonymous before the data is presented.
